Travis Cooper- Co-Owner/Principal Biologist

Travis Cooper has over 13 years of experience as a well rounded wildlife biologist and holds many state and federal permits. He is qualified to conduct surveys for: Southwestern Willow Flycatcher (Nest Monitoring[NM]), Least Bell's Vireo (NM), California Gnatcatcher (NM), Quino checkerspot butterfly, Hermes copper butterfly, San Diego fairy shrimp, Riverside fairy shrimp, arroyo toad (handle), flat-tailed horned lizard (handle/monitor), desert tortoise, and small mammals (live trapping). Travis is very skilled at conducting nesting bird surveys, habitat assessments, vegetation mapping, focused plant surveys, and restoration monitoring.

Alicia Hill- Owner/Project Biologist

Alicia Hill has over 8 years working as a wildlife biologist from Southern California down to the tropics. Specializing in compliance management, Alicia has successfully managed MMCRP implementation for large-scale utility projects with sensitive resources and comprehensive measures. She is qualified to conduct surveys for California Gnatcatcher, Quino checkerspot butterfly, Hermes copper butterfly, arroyo toad (handle), flat-tailed horned lizard (handle/monitor), desert tortoise, and is currently in the application process for Western Yellow-billed Cuckoo. In addition, Alicia is skillful in habitat restoration management, vegetation mapping, nesting bird compliance management, sensitive species habitat assessments, amphibian ecology, and construction compliance monitoring.
